How We Got the Look | Pine Brook

Want to know the secret to one of our favorite 2021 looks? Here’s a special peek behind the scenes so you can achieve a similar look on your own!

🖤 Kate + Lauren

Rug:

This space had so much interest between the amazing flooring, wooden beams, and fireplace finishes. We wanted to keep things neutral but provide some warmth and texture to the space. This rug is super affordable and excellent quality for the price!

Bench:

Clean lines were a MUST in this space. We wanted to offer additional interest and seating without obstructing the views at this stunning property. We picked this one up at Mod Mood in Denver, but have linked a similar option below.

Art:

In keeping most of the furnishings neutral, we were able to play with bold art selections. Our client provided this stunning, one-of-a-kind, piece by Will Day. We’ve linked a similar option below.

Sofa:

Clean lines were a must. This stunning leather sofa by West Elm was front of mind when we first toured the space. This sofa holds up to wear and tear and stands out in any home. We can’t say enough about how much we love this piece!

Throw Pillows:

Brightening up the sofa and taming any orange tones in the room was our primary goal when it came to pillows. We opted for simple, off-white finishes with lots of texture. The exact pillows we used are no longer available so we linked some similar ones below.

Coffee Table:

Clean lines and minimalist vibes were our top priority. We wanted a large enough coffee table to connect the sitting areas without making the room feel crowded. The specific coffee table we used is no longer available but a similar one is linked below.

Black Metal Basket:

We wanted to cozy up the space with some additional decor without bringing in too much “fluff”. This space was super cool and interesting and we needed the decor to uphold that same feeling. This basket is super affordable, durable and just a great overall buy.
