- Laborjack - movers/general labor 
- The Junk Trunk - furniture removal for items you no longer want or need 
- Feel free to tell them Ivy Lane sent you and they should give you great crews! 
Overall
- Remove family photos and any wall décor that includes your family’s name 
- Pack away all extra personal items 
- Anything remaining in closets/cabinets should be as neat and tidy looking as possible 
Front Living Room
- Remove side table and lamp immediately next to entry door 
- Remove cross wall décor 
- Remove smaller planter we discussed 
Kitchen / Dining
- Scale back on the shelf décor in the dining room, leaving roughly 1-2 items per shelf 
- Remove white cabinet beneath window in dining 
- Completely clear kitchen counters and above cabinets 
Lower Level Living Room
- Remove everything on the wall along the stairs 
- Remove wall décor to the right of the fireplace 
- Remove as many personal items as possible 
- Remove wall hanging from wall in hallway 
- Remove golf ball décor from wall in hallway 
Lower Level Bedroom 1
- Remove waste basket 
- Remove art leaning against the wall 
- Remove as many items from closet as possible 
Lower Level Bedroom 2
- Remove everything possible from this room 
- Any furniture remaining should go along the wall to the left of the window that we discussed 
Bathrooms
- Tuck away all personal items, including toiletries/towels you use regularly 
- Remove all rugs and bath mats (excluding the one we discussed in the primary bedroom) 
- Completely clear off all surfaces 
- Consider getting some new, white towels to give the feeling of a hotel 
Primary Bedroom
- If possible remove both dressers 
- Remove rug from the foot of the bed 
Upstairs Bedroom 2
- If possible, remove nearly all furniture excluding the desk and lamp on the desk 
- Remove containers from shelving at the entry of the room
