The edit.
Our point of view on design, staging, and what sells.
Staging is a series of deliberate decisions about how a buyer experiences space, light, and scale before they ever make an offer. This is where we share those decisions — from project breakdowns and design principles to market trends and industry insights worth paying attention to. No filler, no formulas. Just the work and the thinking behind it.
The goal is to not look like the home is staged.
Over the years, "staged" homes have developed a look…white walls, everything neutral, sparse decor. It photographed fine. It didn't feel like anyone's home. In 2026, that's shifting and the trend replacing it is more of a soft modern take, and is one we've been building into our stagings well before it had a name.
