It was so nice meeting with you! I’ve compiled the below notes to give you a punch list for prepping your home for listing. Feel free to text/call me (614-638-2169) with any questions as you’re working through everything.

Overall
De-clutter and pre-pack as many personal items as possible
De-personalize any areas as much as possible, including removing family photos, art, and personalized décor
For bathrooms - we recommend having them be completely empty, with minimal décor and personal items like trash cans, rugs, etc. tucked away.
Remove all signs of pets throughout the home (beds, leashes, bowls, etc.)
Dining Room
Wash rug and cut the rug pad a bit so it doesn’t show
Leave only one item of decor in the center of the dining table
Remove the toy chest
Kitchen
Remove dog bowls
Clear everything off the counters except for the following items:
Garage Entry Area
Remove shelving unit
Pre-pack some of the items from the coat closet
Office
Remove some of the plants (including the one next to the mirror and the one on the wall to the right of the desk)
Remove everything but the lamp and computer from the desk
Thin out some of the books/decor from the shelves
Primary Bedroom
If possible, remove the dresser and TV and hang art where the TV was
Remove the dog steps next to the bed
Clear everything off the nightstands with the exception of the lamps
Remove the rugs from the bathroom
Tuck the hamper in the closet
Remove all toiletries from the counter and shower
Remove some of the items from the shelves in the bathroom (linen closet area)
Remove some of the plants from the tub area
Kids Bedrooms
Remove ballon from green bedroom
Thin out a few of the items from the shelves in the blue bedroom, and also remove the item hanging below the window
Basement Living Room
Clear off everything but a few items from the bar (maybe just leaving a decanter and a bottle of wine)
Remove the kids toys
Move the chair into the basement bedroom
Move the exercise bike more into the corner so it has a bit more room
Pack away the piano as much as possible
Remove the personalized wall decor
Basement Bedroom
Remove the dresser and TV if possible
Place the chair in the corner
