Christy + Pete,
It was so nice meeting with you! I’ve compiled the below notes to give you a punch list for prepping your home for listing. Feel free to text/call me (269-861-1047) with any questions as you’re working through everything.
Thanks!

Overall
- De-clutter and pre-pack as many personal items as possible
- De-personalize any areas as much as possible, including removing family photos, art, and personalized décor
- For bathrooms - we recommend having them be completely empty, with minimal décor and personal items like trash cans, rugs, etc. tucked away.
- Remove all signs of pets throughout the home (beds, leashes, bowls, etc.)
- Remove art in the stairwells going upstairs and downstairs
Entry
- Remove entry rug for photos
- Remove art above console, center console on wall - Would recommend a round mirror above the console
- We like this one

- Remove everything from the console leaving only one plant and the lamp
Main Floor Living
- Remove sofa from under the TV
- Remove desk area
- A round mirror above the fireplace would be a good addition in here as well
- Remove book stand from corner of the room
- Remove the bookshelves from next to the sliding door

- Stash away any personal items (jewelry, etc.)
