Additional Details

• Consultation: An in-person consultation is included to ensure proper sourcing of inventory and to provide any additional recommendations we may have to prepare the home

• Extensions: The costs quoted above reflect a 30-day rental period. Extensions are available in 15-day increments for 20% of the total fee. Written notice is required 5 days in advance of the de-staging date.

• Payment: A non-refundable 50% deposit will be due upon signature to secure the consultation and staging dates. The remainder of the contract amount will be due 72 hours prior to the staging date.

• Damaged or Missing Items: Full MSRP prices will be charged to replace any materials that are found to be damaged or missing during the staging period.

• Staging Date: The property must be vacant and professionally cleaned prior to the staging date. If the staging date needs be rescheduled within 72 hours of the staging date, a $300 rescheduling fee will apply.
