Overall

• Pre-pack as many of your personal items as possible

• Anything remaining in closets/cabinets should be as neat and tidy looking as possible

• Remove all evidence of pets (food bowls, litter boxes, etc.)

Living Room

• Remove all three sofas (I’m adding this into our proposal)

• We’ll plan to bring in a living room setup that works with the entertainment center that can remain

• Remove the silver piece from the entry

Dining Room/Kitchen

• Replace dining table with a round table and 4 chairs

• Clear everything off the counters with the exception of a few items

• Remove items from the floating shelves (leave the art though)

• Remove the rug from the kitchen

Bathrooms

• Tuck away all personal items, including toiletries/towels you use regularly

• Remove all rugs and bath mats

• Completely clear off all surfaces

Office

• Clear everything out except for the the desk, chair, filing cabinet, art and Peloton

Nursery

• Remove floor mat

• Remove/tuck away all small items, including the baby items, diaper pail, fan, etc.)

Primary Bedroom

• Remove the white dresser that’s under the window

• Pack up all family photos

• Remove cot

• Remove items from the nightstands, leaving only the lamps

Basement

• Remove everything from the fireplace

• Remove cover from the sofa

• Remove the shorter bookshelf

• Pack up about 50% of the books on the taller bookshelf (we’ll bring some additional items for styling)

Basement Bedroom

• Remove table

• Move the bed and nightstand to the opposite wall

• Re-hang the horse picture on the opposite wall

• Remove floor lamp

• Remove the art that’s currently above the nightstand
