NOTES

Living Room:

• Arrange sectional in “U” shape facing toward the fireplace area

• Place blue media center to left side of fireplace near stairs

• Place oversized chair with back to stairs area facing towards fireplace

• Add large potted plant to right side of fireplace

• Add a round mirror above the fireplace

Office:

• Place desks on opposite walls facing away from each other so that the window is centered between them

• Would recommend a large rug that fits under both desks to anchor the room

• We included a couple of cute office chair options as well in case you need them

Primary Bedroom:

• Place bed on wall opposite of doorway to closet

• Would recommend a built-in shelf on the wall to the right of the bathroom door to serve as a “vanity” area
